Chapter 2 Persepolis Questions- Pages 10-17 1.Che Guevara and Fidel Castro are important Cuban revolutionaries. Trotsky was a Russian Revolutionary. All 3 were Marxists who viewed capitalism as evil. Why do you think they are important to Marjie?

God goes away, she goes in her parents room an asks to protest she dosent want to be on the sidelines anymore._
11. What do you suppose is Marji’s underlying motive for desiring to join her parents in the street demonstration? She wants to be apart of it an want to feel like she is making a difference.
At the end of the chapter, Marjane asks to demonstrate against the government. Would you let your child demonstrate and be “a part of history” or would you make her stay at home for safety’s sake?

Bt as somebody who believes in freedom I would want more support from anyone who believes in what I believe in. like Marjane says numbers do count in border for your point to get across.
